A magical journey of pregnancy & motherhood.

Do you want to experience the 9 magical months that a miracle grows in your belly in a conscious way? Would you like more rest during your pregnancy? Are you looking for handles to connect with the baby in your belly? Do you want to prepare yourself in a conscious way for childbirth and the postpartum period?

_ Does a "YES" reverberate through your body as you read these questions? Then this course is undoubtedly something for you.

For two months we will set out together to create a balanced pregnancy for you. Holistic support is provided for the most important transformation in your life: the transformation to motherhood. We use tools and techniques from yogic science and Ayurveda to relax mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We zoom in on intuition, female power and mindful pregnancy and childbirth. So this is not a medical procedure. It will be an exciting journey in which you will receive more than enough tools to stand in your strength as a mom (to be).

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

• 4 online masterclasses with matching meditation - topics: conscious pregnancy, connection with your baby, an all-round birth plan, consciously giving birth and the first 40 days for mom and baby.
• 1 extra online connection moment with like-minded moms (to be).
• 1 Whatsapp tribe in which you can share thoughts, experiences and ailments with other moms.
• 1 recorded prenatal yoga class to gently move your body and connect with your baby daily.
• 4 inspirational sheets full of extra information, book tips, exercises, Ayurvedic tips per trimester and meditations.
• 1 Spotify playlist with mantras and songs to relax.

PRACTICAL:

• 4 online group sessions via Zoom on Thursday evening at 20:00 – 23/02, 02/03, 16/03 and 30/03

• The connection moment and your follow-up session are scheduled via Doodle

• All group sessions are recorded and can be (re)watched afterwards. So you do not (always) have to be present live.

• Your registration is final after payment. Invoice and/or payment in installments are possible
