RITUALS - to put our conversation into practice, I make a custom ritual recipe for you. To balance you out, find your feminine strenght and reach the outcome of your desire. We use the seasons, the moon and the cycles in combination with soft and easy rituals (yoga, spiritual practice, guided meditation, mantras, visualisation techniques etc.) to guide you back to your intuition.
