This yoga block is made of cork. You can use them in your daily practice. Yoga blocks have many purposes:

• Support range of motion
• Help to establish the correct alignment
• Make yoga accessible to beginners and to those experiencing injury
• Remind us to properly engage and support muscles in a specific pose
• Can be placed at low, medium or high position to have more or less support
